Advice comes from the matched broker

When you request a match, we connect you with a licensed insurance broker who specialises in your industry. All advice, quotes, policy recommendations, and placement services are provided by that broker under their own Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) or as an authorised representative of a licensee. Any contract of insurance is between you, the broker, and the relevant insurer.

Duly is not a party to any insurance contract or broker engagement that follows a match.

AI-assisted content

Some operational functions of the Duly service, including matching logic, internal automations, and content improvements, are supported by AI tools. Any AI-assisted output, recommendation, or match result is operational only. It is not insurance advice, financial product advice, or a personal recommendation.

All advice on insurance cover, policies, quotes, and claims comes from the licensed broker you are matched with, not from Duly or any AI tool used by Duly.

How we get paid

Duly is free for business owners. A matched broker may pay us a referral fee when they do business with you. This fee is paid out of the broker's commission and does not increase the cost of any insurance you take out. The broker's commission is paid by the insurer under standard industry arrangements, the same as it would be if you went to the broker directly.
